very good product I saw my back pain decrease by more than half, I find sleep to be a regularCastor oil effects anti pain and I apply it regularly in the evening on the face, massage. I recommend this oil, I apply it on my hair and it detangles and softens my hair. Hair mixed it is impeccable. I also applied to my skin very well. Brilliant spread and works really well. For this to work, there must be a lamp greater than 2500 lux (here it's 10000lux at 10cm distance) minimum, a theoretical exposure of at least 2 hours per day (the manual recommends less than that)...
